If clients provide their own fabrics or materials, they are responsible for ensuring that such materials do not contain any flame retardant chemicals or related treatments prohibited under applicable laws, including New York State Environmental Conservation Law §37-1003. By submitting materials or making payment, clients confirm their compliance with this policy.
